Purpose:
The creation of this scroll began with my own interest in the subject. I at one point knew little and in some ways still know little of the subject. So I began my quest to discover the mysteries of the subclasses. The true purpose is to provide a very general and broad description of each subclass so newish people will be able to discover and perhaps even decide a path to follow.

Minor update on Bloodmage scroll. Nothing else. A note: I'm now working to fulfil the Purpose of the scroll and may modify information. This includes more newbie information and losing information I consider spoilers.

It has beeen many months since my words have graced the pages of Thy Subclass Scroll. I'd rather swim through broken glass, than attempt the update of the scoll. Ok. Now with stuff I do now. Besides the fifty new rangers (j/k). Yes there is some new Rangers and Champions around. There has been some tweaks to the Rangers, Champions probably too. So what facts do I know? Well, I've progressed with the Bloodblade. Around 50+ ranks and can hit tree's quite well with 150 trained Atkus.
Anyway I'm warming up my mind to thought of Subclasses and will do something in the coming weeks. More so with the help of you readers. Ok- bye.
Starting May 23 I will be absent from Clan Lord until August. So don't expect any updates throughout that time period.
update on the mystic subclass
I finally got a picture of a Bloodstone Ring. That is pretty much all that is updated. I don't keep track of who becomes a Ranger or Champion, but try to update it when I see someone new. So if you see me in the lands please tell me if you know someone that has become a ranger or champion that I don't have on the list. Oh...and I'm still looking for a picture of the Earthstone. If your on the verge of becoming a champion please take a picture for me when you get it.
A little personal entry... Today (5/2/05) I passed the 3rd circle test. It may seem like a small victory, but it took over a (ooc) year to achieve. Even greater than that was qualifying to train the Bloodblade on the same day. I qualified by hunting wendies at the midpass and a large drake invasion on red health. My main pursit in BB training is that on those ever so great clan hunts (Clan Destine [2nd and 3rd circle fighters and healers]) that we run into something that the healers rod, but fighters can't hit or do damage fast enough to kill. The Blood Wyrm, Sun Wyrm, and Polar Bear for example. I will report on my Bloodblade training in the future.
The power of the subclass and clan life: Now that I have a bloodblade that means that Clan Destine has a fighter reprensentative from all the aspects of fighting. Bakunan has the Fell Blade, Sian has the Gossamer, and then there is the purists (Bir, Ootog, and Claudia). Those of us that use specialized weapons have only begun our training and it will be interesting to see what the future holds for Clan Destine.

Brief update on Ranger stuff.
Champions, the quest debate is over. It's now easier to become a Champion (easier not easy). Updated a tiny bit of stuff concerning Ranger types. Some people believe to be 'spoiling' information when I get it from them. Thus I don't credit anyone. Thanks for all that have helped so far.
Another poll about the information on the scroll. This is very important in what I will reveal in the future and what I might take off. Currently I'm only updating the list of Rangers. Depending on the feedback I might make a few changes. Note that this poll may decide the fate of the Quest information.
Take the poll below! I thought I better add something regarding the scroll and that it takes a strong base knowledge of Clan Lord (trainers, professions, etc). Speaking along these lines I might add a search feature or something. I made some minor changes to some of the subclass parts. You'll notice more "Coming Soon" signs and links.

I've been a little slow to update the scrolls, but have made some progress. Among other things I've received 0 feedback about this scroll. I'm going to create a poll to see if it's helpful to people. There is debate about the speed in which exiles are becoming Rangers here: Becoming a Ranger. Many recall that it took exiles months to become Champions. Surprisingly, there is already two Rangers in what is only days after the subclass became available. There is talk about making the Champion quest less difficult.
I've been gone for the past week and have come back to see many changes concerning the subclasses. I will be updating information regarding the Ranger subclass within the next few days. "Everyone wants to be the first," Congrats to Relkin, the first Ranger. Today I made a short visit to Puddleby. I noticed frustration as fighters are "racing" to become Rangers. Many fighters are doing parts of the Ranger quest at the same time. Remeber to take a break :)
The Ranger Subclass is now available for exiles. At the fairgrounds Eldon GM was going to demonstrate some Ranger abilites with a "Ranger Wannabe" (a darshak). Apparently he ran into some difficulties as even 2nd circle healers could brick the Wannabe. He promised to return later, perhaps a week from today (3/3) to show some abilites. As a side note the Ranger Subclass is fine. The difficulties were with the Ranger Wannabe.
Even an Agratis can inflict damage to the Wannabe.
